LEGAL NOTICE
AND FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Greater Amsterdam School District is issuing a public notice informing parents/guardians or eligible students of their right to refuse the release of student directory information by the District. “Directory Information” includes but is not limited to, student’s name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, honors and awards and dates of attendance. Parents/guardians and eligible students notwishing to have their directory information released are advised to contact the Greater Amsterdam School District at 843-3180 by September 17, 2010, end of day, to request that the District not disclose directory information about them. COLLECTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that I , the undersigned collector of taxes of the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District, Broadalbin, New York, have received the tax list and Warrant for the collection of School Taxes in and for said District/ Broadalbin-Perth Central School Taxes will be collected in cooperation with CITIZENS BANK. FIRST: The name of the Limited Company is TAHAWUS, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
SECOND: The Articles of Organization of the Company were filed with the Secretary of State on August 4, 2010.
